If no 1RM is known, the test will prescribe loads based on gender and age.
A predictive 1RM test will require an athlete to lift between 50%-80% of their existing estimated 1RM.
If you have an idea of your 1RM then you will need to go to the profile section and enter your 1RM predictions. Once you’ve filled in your predictions go to the home screen and hit the “Test 1RM". These values then dictate the prescription.
There are 3 options to test - Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift, select your desired exercise and follow the protocol.
