• The FLEX device weighs 175 grams (6 ounces or 0.38 pounds)
• FLEX is 52mm in diameter and 66mm in height (2inches by 2.5in)

If you’re concerned about weight distribution then simply add another barbell clamp to the other side to even the weight.

• FLEX interfaces with an iOS App (Version 11.0 and later) - free to download from the App Store 

• Each device has a serial number located on a silicon band around the outside of the device

• FLEX is charged with a micro USB charging cable
